Average Diesel Price will be determined on the first day of each month and maintained for the remainder of the entire month. Average Diesel Price will be defined as the “Weekly Gulf Coast No 2 Diesel Ultra Low Sulfur (0-15 oon) Retail Sales” reported by U.S Energy Administration at www.eia.doe.gov for the last week of the previous month.
Effective March 1, 2021 the surcharge will be determined in accordance with the following schedule.
