Credit Terms
1. The Customer hereby certifies the information set out in this credit application to be correct and grants Jarco ReadyMix authorization to verify the information given.
2. Terms are stated on all invoices presented for payment.
3. A late charge of one and one half percent will be charged on all past due invoices not paid in accordance with terms.
4. A service charge of $35.00 (thirty-five dollars) will be charged for any unpaid checks presented to the bank for payment.
5. Sales Tax at the rate of 8.125% will be charged on all taxable sales unless a Tax Exempt form or Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate is supplied to Jarco ReadyMix.
