Community Well-Being

Madden Materials, and our group of organizations, are profoundly established in the networks in which we work. The connection between our networks and our business started with building an alliance of grounded, local area zeroed in, family-claimed organizations, which keep on being esteemed and extended at Madden Materials.

Our Commitment to Local Communities

Madden Materials, and our family of companies, are deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate. The relationship between our communities and our business began with building a coalition of well-established, community-focused, family-owned businesses, which continue to be valued and expanded at Madden Materials.

We embrace the uniqueness of each of our operating companies, their culture, and their established local partnerships with their respective communities. Our commitment to local communities is demonstrated through our varied efforts across our geographical reach with each operating company supporting their local areas in different ways.

From volunteering at food banks, to hosting educational programs for local students, and highway clean up initiatives, our operating companies are committed to positively impacting their communities.. We believe that we are an integral part of the communities in which we operate, and Madden Materials strives to have a positive impact on the places where we live, work, and play. We invite you explore our most recent community engagement efforts, which can be reviewed in the corporate social responsibility report that correlates with your local operating company.

We Are Committed to Sustainable Business Practices

At Madden Materials, sustainability is not only the right thing to do, it’s just good business. It would be unprofessional to leave the land unusable for future generations. By dedicating ourselves to the best business practices we oftentimes find those practices are also the right thing to do. We take every necessary step to return the land to the community in such a state that it may be used for everything from schools to gardens, or parks. Our highest priority is our responsibility to the community, and with that in mind say “If it’s not sustainable, it isn’t good business.”
